Audio Engineering Services
Live Audio Engineering is broken down into the following three positions, A1, A2, & General Audio Visual Technician (GAV). They each have specific job duties and experience levels, one must prove themselves competent in said duties to be considered for each position. Our staff is trained and ready to service all your audio needs.
Who Needs Audio Engineers?
Audio is all around us, in Movies, Sporting Events, Concerts, etc. Without audio engineers, there would be no music at a wedding, No DJ at a party, no speakers at a concert, or even choir at a church. Sound is needed everywhere, and no event or venue is the same. Each scenario calls for a customized setup or rig, this is why our team will access your event from beginning to end making sure to bring you a memorable experience. No matter if it's private or corporate, business or pleasure, we guarantee our service will be more than satisfactory.
General Audio Visual Technician (GAV)
Job Duties
- Push/Pack/Load road cases
- Coil / Run Cabling
- Assemble Truss Towers
- Carry necessary gear/equipment
- Perform General Labor
- Assemble Technician Drape
- Assist A2
Assistant Audio Engineer (A2)
Job Duties
- Lead GAV under A1 administration
- Connect cables into audio equipment
- Run power cables to audio equipment
- Test to ensure connections are accurate and secured
- Setup mics and/or mic stands to match input list specifications
- Assist A1
Audio Engineering (A1)
Job Duties
- Survey room for setup
- Operate Mixing Console
- Create Mix for Band/and or Act
- Process signal with EQ, Compression, etc.
- Perform acoustic checks for optimal quality
- Adjust mic levels for zero feedback to speakers
- Lead A2, & GAV
- Ensure the party never stops
